Watch: Herbert Colangco Reveals Sen De Lima's Cellphone Number, Testifies During House Hearing (Video)

Convicted Herbert Colangco said that he has personally talked with Senator Leila de Lima over the phone, when she was still the DOJ secretary. According to his testimony before the House Committee on justice this Tuesday, September 20, de Lima's cellphone number is 09178429131, which was later confirmed by Globe Telecom. Watch video below.

"Iyong boses niya lagi ko siya napapanuod sa TV. Siya talaga iyon. Nabosesan ko siya... 100 percent [sure ako]," Herbert Colangco told Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, noting that his phone conversation with De Lima happened sometime in January 2014, through the assistance of Joenel Sanchez, De Lima's alleged security aide that time.

But before that, Colangco said that his fellow high-profile convicted drug lord Jaybee Bautista requested him to help raise funds for De Lima's sentatorial campaign in the 2016 election. However, he said he refused the offer because he don't trust Colangco. This is when Joenel Sanchez (De Lima's security aide) talked him about the supposed fund raising.

"May P3 million kaming binibgay kay Secretary De Lima, buwan-buwan... Ikokolekta ko po sa area ko, P100,000, P200,000, may P500,000. So 'pag umabot ng P3 million... Iyon ang PR payola po," Colangco said, noting that his talent manager, Reynante Diaz is giving the drug money to Sanchez, and sometimes to Ronnie Dayan, De Lima's alleged driver-lover.

Colangco said he asked Sanchez if he talk to De Lima personally, because he has never of the latter since October 2013, the first time when the giving of money started. The singer-inmate noted that Sanchez approved his request, saying that he talked to De Lima sometime in January 2014 via her phone number, 09178429131, using Sanchez' phone.

Shortly after, Cebu Rep. Gwendolyn Garcia, who was also present during the House hearing, revealed that 09178429131 is on her phone list, under the Leila de Lima's name. She said she called the said number four times, and that the phone rang but no one answered. A certification from Globe Telecoms also confirmed that the number indeed belongs to De Lima.
