Ellen DeGeneres Invites Paolo Ballesteros to Show his Make Up Transformation Talent

Ellen DeGeneres invites Paolo Ballesteros on her show. The famous TV host has been persuaded by netizens for months so he can show his makeup transformation talent in. Paolo was invited to appear on the Ellen Show a week after he transformed his face to Ellen’s. The American TV host saw it and she was amazed.

 On Thursday, Eat Bulaga pioneer host and ace comedian Joey de Leon showed on live TV the photo of Paolo Ballesteros on his Instagram account when he copied the face of Ellen DeGeneres. Tons of netizens shared the photo on Facebook and Twitter until it reached the knowledge of a staff of Ellen.


 According to our source, DeGeneres personally talked to Ballesteros via Viber. The two personalities arranged the schedule for Paolo to appear on Ellen. Formal announcement is expected mid next week.

“Di ako makapagbigay ng details kasi nga wala pa. Ayoko ko pa i-announce sa Instagram o sa Eat Bulaga kasi di pa final yung schedule. Tsaka, mas ok kung si Ellen (DeGeneres) and unang magsabi. Pero siyempre, super excited ako.” Paolo Ballesteros told Taho News.

(I still cannot provide details because there’s nothing formal yet. I don’t want to make an announcement on Instagram or Eat Bulaga because the schedule is not yet final. It's better if Ellen (DeGeneres) will announce it first. But of course, I’m very excited.)

Ballesteros, 31, was earlier invited by TMZ for an interview, after his makeup transformation went viral and was posted on international sites such as Cosmopolitan, USA Today, Buzzfeed, and MTV.

Even American supermodel Tyra Banks was impressed with Paolo’s realistic makeup transformation of herself. The "America's Next Top Model" host posted a photo of Paolo Ballesteros on her official Facebook page. Ms. Banks said the Filipino actor did a great job.

Paolo Ballesteros has been doing his makeup transformation of female celebrities for quite some time. He has done Angelina Jolie, Mariah Carey, Julia Roberts, Miley Cyrus, Anne Hathaway, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and many more.

In an interview, Paolo said a YouTube video of Angelina Jolie makeup transformation has inspired him to the do the same. He said Beyonce was his most difficult subject which took him three weeks of practice.

Paolo’s latest work is the US First Lady Michelle Obama makeup transformation. This is after Eat Bulaga host Senator Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto III dared him on live TV. The next day, Sotto showed the Instagram photo of Ballesteros copying the exact face of Mrs. Obama.

Ballesteros is the great-grandson of National Artist Fernando Amorsolo. The daughter of Amorsolo is the mother of his father. He is also the nephew of local actress Eula Valdez. Paolo took up Architecture but later shifted to Mass Communications.

Besides doing makeup transformation, Paolo has appeared in local movies and several TV shows, but he is best known for being a co-host of Eat Bulaga since 2001. Despite not being gay, he portrays gay roles with flying colors.
